In conjunction with the Rotary Club of Marietta Metro, The Rotary Club of Marietta is hosting the 27th Annual S.A. White Oil Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, May 18, 2015 benefiting charities of The Rotary Clubs of Marietta Metro and Marietta.

Marietta Metro invited The Rotary Club of Marietta to make it a joint effort starting in 2014. This will be our second year in this partnership.

The Rotary Club of Marietta's portion of the funds in 2015 will go toward the Reconnecting Families Community Garden. This is a partnership between the Reconnecting Families organization (which helps to bring together families after recovery from drug abuse and/or other challenges), the local schools, Cobb County Court System, Leadership Cobb and Zion Baptist Church. The garden will be used to give students and their families the opportunity to participate in hard work and also enjoy the food from their labor.

Because the 2015 Tournament takes place on May 18, 2015 we are using the photos below from our 2014 Tournament and Service Project that was funded by our portion of the proceeds from the Tournament.

The numbers below represent the contribution from our Club to this effort (not both clubs).

In 2015 our proceeds will go toward the Reconnecting Families Community Garden, a partnership between the Cobb Co. Court System, the local schools, Leadership Cobb and the Zion Baptist Church.
