Club Meeting: DIFFRENT LOCATION Rotary Youth Exchange Students

Our club partnered with the City of Milton to honor local veterans on Veterans Day. The city sponsored a breakfast and brought in Brigadier General (Ret.) A.J. Tata to speak with the group. Our club assembled reusable shopping bags printed with a "Thank You Veterans" message and filled with gift cards, discount coupons and other gifts from area businesses. There was a crowd of 60 people, which included 28 veterans. Club members and volunteers from the community helped deliver the gift bags to the veterans and thanked them personally for their service. Our club contributed $205 to purchase insulated tumblers to fill up the bags.

Partner Involvement
The City of Milton sponsored the breakfast and the speaker. Local businesses donated gift cards and discount coupons. A Rotarian from the Alpharetta Rotary Club donated discount coupons for his auto service center.
